2. What data we process and how we receive it

If you use the contact form and click "Send request", the details you enter (name, hotel or company, email, phone if provided and your message) reach us by email at info@byrosh.es through Web3Forms, the service that handles the submission. This website does not store them in any database. If you click "Send via WhatsApp", your app opens with the message written and you decide whether to send it. We process the data we receive through those channels, by phone or by email: name, company or hotel, contact details and the details of your request.

If you accept analytics or advertising cookies, Google and Meta process browsing data as explained in our cookie policy.

3. Purposes

To answer your enquiries and send the commercial offers, samples and quotes you request.
To manage the business relationship with clients and suppliers (orders, deliveries, invoicing).
With your consent, to measure website use and the effectiveness of our campaigns.

4. Legal basis

Pre-contractual measures at your request and performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) for non-essential cookies and marketing communications.
Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR), such as tax and accounting.

5. Retention

We keep data for as long as the business relationship lasts or as long as needed to handle your request, and afterwards for the applicable legal periods.

6. Recipients

We do not share data with third parties unless legally required. Service providers (web hosting, email, form delivery via Web3Forms, messaging, transport) may access it under data processing agreements. When WhatsApp (Meta), Google or Meta Pixel are used, international transfers may take place under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@byrosh.es, stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
